Within 90 days of the close of each year, the Association makes available the following information: the name of the Association and its designated managing agent, list of assessments (regular, special, etc.), annual financial statements including reserves, the result of the most recent audit, list of insurance policies, minutes of the Board and member meetings from the preceding year, and all of the adopted responsible governance policies.
